HCT Referral Bonus Program
Talent Strategies, sincerely appreciates all your hard work and dedication. We believe in the notion that “good people know good people.” That’s why we offer monetary rewards for certain referrals we receive.
We like to reward our good people in two different ways:
- Refer a candidate who is hired as a regular full time employee by a Talent Strategies client and stays on the job beyond 90 days and receive a $500 referral bonus!
- Refer a candidate who works through Talent Strategies as a temporary employee for 160+ hours (4 weeks) and receive a $100 referral bonus!

Certain rules apply. Individuals are eligible for the referral bonus only when the referred candidate is new to Talent Strategies and cannot be found in our database of current and/or previous applicants.
