Community-Based Healthcare Program | Redondo Beach, CA

Location: Redondo Beach, CA

Schedule: Full Time | Monday – Friday

Occasional flexibility may be required based on operational needs.

Pay

$130,000 – $140,000 annually

Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, education, interview outcome, and final decision between the client and candidate.

Requirements to Apply

  • Experience and Skills:

    Degree and diplomas: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

    Certificates, Licenses: Must be currently licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing.

    Experience: Three years of nursing experience, including at least one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population. A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in an outpatient clinic setting is required.

    Skills/Aptitudes: Nursing knowledge and skills necessary to treat participants and manage complex clinical situations. Ability to provide care for the frail elderly. Ability to work independently and as part of an Interdisciplinary Team. Good organizational and supervisory skills. Ability to handle complex interpersonal and clinical situations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the healthcare center
  • Supervise and support interdisciplinary clinical and operational staff
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations
  • Monitor quality metrics, operational performance, and participant satisfaction
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation
  • Partner with leadership on quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness
  • Foster collaboration across clinical and administrative departments
  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Manage vendor relationships, facility needs, and operational resources
  • Promote a participant-centered culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
