Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Float – Bilingual Spanish
Community Health Clinic | Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Location: DTLA, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full Time
May require Saturday availability for clinic coverage.
Pay: $25 – $28/hour
Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, certifications, and interview outcome.
Requirements to Apply
- Bilingual English / Spanish required
- Experience in a dental clinic setting (back office, front office, or both
- Active California RDA License
- Interest in long-term employment and career growth in the dental field.
Certifications (as applicable):
- Coronal Polish
- Radiation Safety
- Infection Control
- CPR/BLS – must be current by start
Job Summary
Talent Strategies is partnering with a respected community health organization providing dental services throughout Los Angeles County.
We are seeking Registered Dental Assistants (RDA) who are passionate about supporting patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take dental X-rays and intraoral images
- Perform delegated procedures (coronal polishing, impressions, etc.)
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
- Support overall clinic workflow and patient experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Follow HIPAA and safety guidelines
- Assist team as needed across functions
