Center Director – PACE Program

PACE Program (Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly)
Location: Redondo Beach, CA
Schedule: Full Time | Monday – Friday
Occasional flexibility may be required based on operational and participant needs.
Pay: Competitive Salary – $135,000 to $155,000
Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, education, interview outcome, and final decision between the client and candidate.
Requirements to Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, Business Administration, Public Health, Gerontology, or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Experience serving medically complex geriatric populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and clinical program oversight
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Bilingual Spanish preferred

We are seeking an experienced Center Director to provide operational and clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary healthcare center. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading interdisciplinary teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving quality outcomes, and promoting an exceptional participant experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for daily healthcare center operations
- Supervise and support interdisciplinary clinical and operational leaders
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations
- Monitor quality metrics, participant satisfaction, and operational performance
- Lead quality improvement and regulatory readiness initiatives
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation
- Develop and mentor leaders while fostering a collaborative, participant-centered culture
- Partner with executive leadership to achieve strategic and operational goals
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and facility operations
- Promote continuous improvement, participant safety, and service excellence
