Pay

$22.50 – $24.00 per hour

Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, interview outcome, and final decision between the client and candidate.

Position Overview

Talent Strategies, is partnering with a respected healthcare organization within the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, providing comprehensive, community-based care to seniors.

We are seeking a CNA / Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support participants with daily care needs in a structured, team-oriented environment focused on improving quality of life for elderly individuals.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or weekends)
  • Day shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Stable, full-time hours
  • Team-based care model supporting geriatric populations

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist participants with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Escort participants to appointments and support during transportation
  • Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, weight, pulse)
  • Support daily activities and participant engagement
  • Provide translation support as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with care team

Requirements to Apply

  • Active California CNA Certification required
  • Minimum 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA, PCA, or home care)
  • Bilingual English / Korean required
  • Experience working with elderly or geriatric populations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
