Community Health Clinics | Palmdale

Primary Location: Palmdale, CA
Schedule: Full Time Position
This position may be required to cover at the Lancaster clinic on a Saturday.  

Pay: $23 – $25/hour

Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, certifications, and interview outcome.

Requirements to Apply

• Bilingual English / Spanish required
• Completion of a Dental Assistant Program
• Experience working in a dental clinic setting
• Must be comfortable working as a float across multiple locations
• Interested in long-term employment and career growth in the dental field.

Certifications (as applicable):

• Coronal Polish
• Radiation Safety
• Infection Control
• CPR/BLS – must be current by start

Job Summary

Talent Strategies is partnering with a respected community health organization providing dental services in Palmdale, CA.

We are seeking a Dental Assistant (DA) who is adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists using four-handed dentistry techniques
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Take dental X-rays and intraoral images
• Perform delegated procedures such as coronal polishing and impressions
• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
• Support patient flow and clinic efficiency
• Travel between clinic sites as scheduled
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

• Community Health / FQHC dental clinic
• Fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Potential need to cover Lancaster clinic on a Saturday
• Team-oriented environment supporting diverse patient populations
