Location: Redondo Beach, CA

Schedule: Full Time | Monday – Friday

No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.

Pay: Competitive compensation – $250,000 to $275,000

Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, certifications, interview outcome, and final decision between the client and candidate.

Requirements to Apply

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
  • Active, unrestricted California Physician license
  • Current DEA registration
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience caring for medically complex geriatric populations preferred
  • Previous experience in PACE, primary care, community health, managed care, or value-based care preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Job Summary

Talent Strategies is partnering with an innovative healthcare organization delivering comprehensive PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) services designed to help older adults remain safely in their homes and communities.

We are seeking a compassionate Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to medically complex older adults while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. This position focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, care coordination, and supporting participants in maintaining their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to PACE participants
  • Perform physical examinations, assessments, and ongoing medical management
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, social workers, behavioral health professionals, and other interdisciplinary team members
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Coordinate specialty referrals, hospital admissions, and transitions of care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
  • Promote participant independence, wellness, and preventive healthcare
