Clinic Supervisor (RN) – PACE Program

Community-Based Healthcare Program | Sacramento, CA

Location: Sacramento, CA

Relocation assistance may be considered for qualified candidates.

Schedule: Full Time | Monday – Friday

Some flexibility may be required based on clinic operations, including occasional after-hours support.

Pay: $120,000 – $137,000 annually

Eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 10%.

Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, certifications, interview outcome, and final decision between the client and candidate.

Requirements to Apply

  • Active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 2–5 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience leading nursing teams in an outpatient clinic, primary care, PACE, FQHC, or similar healthcare setting
  • Experience caring for medically complex geriatric populations with chronic conditions
  • Strong knowledge of clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • BSN preferred

Job Summary

Talent Strategies is partnering with an innovative healthcare organization delivering comprehensive PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) services designed to help older adults remain safely in their homes and communities.

We are seeking a Clinic Supervisor (RN) to provide both clinical leadership and operational oversight within a multidisciplinary PACE center. This position supervises nursing staff and medical assistants while ensuring exceptional participant care, efficient clinic operations, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily clinic operations and support delivery of high-quality participant care
  • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for RNs, LVNs, and Medical Assistants
  • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure appropriate clinic coverage
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff education
  • Partner with clinical leadership on quality improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, audits, and corrective action plans
  • Monitor clinic operations, documentation, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, supply ordering, and facility or equipment needs
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational quality standards
  • Provide direct patient care as needed, including triage, medication administration, vaccinations, wound care, participant education, and home visits
  • Promote a collaborative, participant-centered culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
