Administrative Assistant – PACE Program

Location: West Los Angeles
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full Time
May require 1 Saturday per month & travel to Downtown LA (weekday off provided)
Pay: $21 – $23/hour
Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, certifications, and interview outcome.
Requirements to Apply
- Minimum 1 year of administrative assistant experience
- Experience supporting healthcare, senior services, or interdisciplinary teams preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
- Valid California Driver’s License preferred
Job Summary
Talent Strategies is partnering with a community-based healthcare organization supporting a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) center in West Los Angeles.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and provide administrative coordination across an interdisciplinary care team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth clinic operations, supporting staff, and enhancing the overall participant experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to interdisciplinary team members across departments
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
- Assist with participant-related documentation and care plan coordination
- Support front desk operations, including covering reception as needed
- Manage office supplies, expense reports, reimbursements, and travel coordination
- Submit and track maintenance and IT requests
- Assist with interview scheduling and administrative onboarding processes
- Prepare reports, meeting materials, agendas, and documentation
- Coordinate participant and community meetings, including logistics and materials
- Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance-related tracking and audits
- Support internal systems and workflows related to service requests and care coordination
- Assist in maintaining daily operational logs and tracking tools
- Collaborate with team members to support program goals and participant care
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance-related activities
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
