Quality & Compliance Coordinator – PACE Program

Location: West Los Angeles
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full Time
May require 1 Saturday per month & travel to Downtown LA (weekday off provided)
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hour
Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, certifications, and interview outcome.
Requirements to Apply
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Improvement or Compliance
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and survey administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- CPR/BLS certification required
Job Summary
Our client, a mission-driven healthcare organization serving vulnerable and aging populations, is seeking a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support their PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and enhancing care delivery through data analysis and performance tracking. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach within an interdisciplinary healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain compliance with CMS and PACE regulatory requirements
- Review electronic medical records to identify trends and support performance improvement plans
- Assist in the development and execution of the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
- Coordinate case reviews, audits, and quality improvement processes across departments
- Prepare reports, meeting materials, and documentation for QI committees and leadership review
- Conduct participant and family satisfaction surveys and analyze results
- Track and support grievance and appeals processes, ensuring timely resolution and compliance
- Monitor staff training and compliance with required in-service education
- Serve as Safety Officer, identifying and reporting safety concerns and supporting a safe care environment
Additional Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with data sets, reporting tools, and performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and leadership levels
- Experience working with elderly or underserved populations preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, HIPAA, and quality improvement practices
