Regional Director of Quality & Compliance – PACE Program

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time
Pay: $160,000 – $200,000/yearly
Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, certifications, and interview outcome.
Requirements to Apply
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare quality, compliance, or regulatory oversight
- Experience supporting PACE, managed care, senior care, or community-based healthcare programs strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, DHCS/state regulatory standards, quality improvement programs, and compliance processes
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and operational improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Job Summary
Talent Strategies is partnering with a respected healthcare organization supporting PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) programs throughout Southern California.
We are seeking a Regional Director of Quality & Compliance to oversee quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and performance standards across multiple healthcare operations supporting senior populations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory readiness initiatives across PACE operations
- Ensure compliance with CMS, DHCS, and applicable state and federal healthcare regulations
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor organizational performance metrics
- Support audit preparation, corrective action planning, and compliance follow-up activities
- Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership teams to support regulatory and operational goals
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvement strategies
- Support staff education and training related to compliance and quality standards
- Participate in leadership meetings and performance improvement committees
- Promote a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and participant-centered care
